Sleeves where the bandname, album title and catalog number are printed reversed, exist.
That version is also missing the dark green bar on the front of the sleeve, that comes on the blue vinyl version and the regular black press.
This could mean a 2nd press exists but was never confirmed nor communicated by Rev.
Rev also used these sleeves as fillers (because they were misprints?) for shipping orders.
